Documentation & Clinical Support
BeFitRx provides individualized exercise recommendations grounded in clinical evaluation of health history and functional capacity.
When appropriate based on evaluation, a summary clinical letter may be provided to support the recommended exercise plan and facilitate communication regarding functional activity guidance.
-
In some cases, BeFitRx may provide a brief clinical summary or Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) to support participation in a structured exercise plan or to communicate relevant functional recommendations.
This is only provided when clinically appropriate and based on a completed evaluation. It is not the primary purpose of the visit.
-
Documentation may be considered in select cases where exercise is part of a medically appropriate plan, including:
Cardiometabolic disease
Musculoskeletal limitations or injury
Chronic pain or functional impairment
Deconditioning following illness or treatment
Other conditions affecting safe physical activity
-
Documentation is:
Based on clinical evaluation
Not guaranteed for all individuals
Secondary to the exercise prescription itself
-
Exercise is a core component of long-term health.
Our focus is to help you:
Understand your current physical capacity
Identify safe and appropriate forms of movement
Build a sustainable exercise plan
Support safe progression over time
When appropriate, documentation may be included to support this clinical plan.
